As we prepare for opening, the kitchen is a place of experimentation and testing — where sweet and savoury ideas take form. Familiar flavours of Malaysia are woven gently with the seasons of Australia. Wherever possible, we work with quality ingredients sourced locally, chosen for their freshness, character, and the hands that grow them.
It’s less about perfection and more about connection — food that invites you to pause, gather, and feel at home for a moment.
Outside the kitchen, life moves gently: three children, a vegetable garden, animals underfoot, and slow walks through growing things with a cup of tea in hand. These are the rhythms Nest & You is built from.
